By accessing the Vortex Metrics interface, you agree to be bound by these operational terms.

1. Service Scope

Vortex Metrics provides B2B SaaS growth consulting, specifically Algorithmic Acquisition and Churn Mitigation Protocols. Results vary based on underlying product-market fit.

2. 90-Day Sprints

We operate on 90-day agile sprints. Either party may terminate the engagement at the conclusion of a sprint with 14 days written notice.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, operating out of our Austin headquarters.
